Cameras and lighting still fascinate her after decades of shooting. www.loriadamsphoto.com Gene Cadore After a 30 year career as an award winning commercial artist in NYC, Gene moved to the Hudson Valley to study fine art. A self taught artist, Gene‘s work is highly sought after and can be found at The East Side Gallery, Pawling & in many private collections. He teaches at BAC and Richfield Guild of Artists, Conn. Gil Brenner, retired scientist and Suny New Paltz Professor Emeritus of Geology, is an Instructor of Jewelry in NY and Calif. He has had 10 feature articles on gemstones published in The Wire Artist magazine and exhibits his jewelry nationally. Staats Fasoldt earned his MFA at Suny New Paltz & BA at Empire State College. He has been a painting instructor for over 20 years & is Vice President of the Woodstock School of Art’s Board of Directors. Staats’ paintings are interpretations of nature that stress spontaneity as method & have been exhibited in dozens of galleries in the Hudson Valley & The Catskills. David Levy received his MFA from SUNY New Paltz and is collected internationally. He is currently the studio manager and head instructor at Barrett Clay Works. He recently had a one person exhibition at Gallery 485 at BCW. Eric Lindbloom is a recipient of the DCAC DAF award and the NYCA/CAPS grant. His work has been exhibited at Donskoj & Co. in Kingston and 292 Gallery, NYC, is included in international collections and is featured in Angels at the Arno, pub. David Godine, Boston ’94. Madeleine Segall-Marx has won over 35 awards for sculpture. Her work has been exhibited in galleries nationwide & in Italy, where she casts her bronze sculpture. Public works include The Childrens Ride, (NYC Dept of Parks), The Rothenberg Memorial Mathematics Wall & the Centennial Wall (Stuyvesant HS, NYC). In addition to her Soho studio, her works can be seen at WaveCrest in Hyde Park. Meadow has an MFA from George Washington University (ceramics and design), an MFA from University of Wisconsin (sculpture and jewelry) & an undergraduate degree from Mass College of Art, Boston (ceramics). She is the founder and director of the famous Artplace in SoHo & is developing another artist community, Woodrock, on the Shawangunk Ridge in Gardiner, NY. Dan McCormack earned an MFA in Photography from the Art Institute of Chicago. For over 35 years he has explored various techniques and processes, including pinhole and digital while photographing the nude. He received a NYSCA/CAPS photography grant ‘82, published a monograph, "Body Light: Passages in a Relationship", his website "BODYSCAN" won an award in Tokyo, & he has exhibited nationally and internationally.
