Project of the Month, 2016

September - Screenprinting

Silkscreen printing is one of the most ancient printmaking techniques, and most useful. We will learn to make paper stencils, print layers of color and create beautiful screenprints.

October - Linocut Notecards

Relief print in black and white or color, using linoleum blocks that are cut with gouges. We will make these card-size works, and print for use as all-occasion note cards or for holiday cards.

November - Holiday Gifts

Use a variety of printmaking processes to create beautiful holiday gifts! Print on paper, fabric, gift bags, t-shirts, scarves and more.

December - Calendars

Using screenprinting, stamping, monoprint or relief printing to create a beautiful 2017 calendar. Come with ideas for designs for each month, or a design for a single full-year poster.
