Take the Taconic North to the Poughkeepsie exit marked 55 West; Take route 55 West into the City of Poughkeepsie (approx. 5 miles). This road will become a three lane highway, at that point get into your left hand lane and look for Catherine Street on your left, directly after Electra Lighting.
