Barrett Kids: Art After School

Barrett Kids: Art After-School is BAC’s signature community-based program to engage and support local elementary-age children through free art enrichment & homework support.
Barrett Kids provides 6-10 year old children from our block and surrounding neighborhood with a safe and creative space to participate in arts and culture programming and receive homework support.
We work closely with Clinton Elementary School and the Adriance Memorial Library to facilitate this program, with support from interns from Vassar College and SUNY New Paltz..
After school art programming takes place at Barrett House and is facilitated by Barrett Artist-in-Residence (BAiR), British portrait painter Benjamin Arnold with Anna Adler, Outreach Coordinator.
