Understanding and managing light is fundamental to successful photography. Learn how to “spend the light” effectively to convey ideas that impress you. This is a basic class with straightforward and fun explanations and examples of the most important controls on your camera. Photography is a visual and technical language and this is a great beginner or great refresher class. Focal length, depth of field, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, resolution will be discussed and put into play during the workshop. Lots of examples and hands-on!

Requirements: Participants need a camera (other than a phone camera), camera manual, memory card, charged batteries.
