Lori Adams is a professional photographer and experienced teacher. She began teaching workshops at Barrett Art Center in the early 2000’s and has taught hundreds of students at all levels through grade school and college and beyond.
 In and out of her studio, she has photographed fine silver, artwork of all kinds, people of all ages, products large and small and much more. Her fine art work includes macro botanical photographic studies and documentation of industrial and rural architecture.
Her books include:  Little Flowers with Big Attitude and Timeless Triops: A Prehistoric Creature.

Sessions are scheduled 4-6 weeks apart. Please call or email for details.

Get meaningful and regular feedback on photo projects. Bring work in progress - whether it's two prints or twenty - to each session. The group considers and responds to each photographer's progress. The discussions provide invaluable insight as each body of work develops.

New students may enroll with the moderators' approval. 

Tuition:  $160/4 sessions.

DAN McCORMACK earned an MFA in photography from the School of the Art Institute, Chicago. He won the Figurative Photography 2009 grant from the Ultimate Eye Foundation, was featured at the Peninsula Art Museum in California and has exhibited internationally. Dan heads the photography program at Marist College, Poughkeepsie.
